Calculator inputs
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. There is no account system, lead submission, or database that receives your scenario inputs. Do not include personal identifiers in scenario names or uploaded files.
Local storage
Your theme preference and any mortgage scenarios you explicitly save are kept in this browser’s local storage. You can delete saved plans individually or clear site data in your browser. Exported JSON files are saved wherever your browser downloads files.
Hosting and external images
The hosting provider may process ordinary request data such as IP addresses and browser information to serve and secure the site. Images are loaded from Unsplash image servers, which receive image requests from your browser. External source links take you to sites with their own policies.
Analytics and advertising
Vercel Web Analytics is integrated to measure page views and site usage after it is enabled for the deployed project. Calculator inputs and saved scenarios are not submitted as custom analytics events. No advertising trackers are currently integrated.
Import files
Scenario JSON imports are read and validated locally. Invalid or incompatible files are rejected. Export files can contain the financial assumptions you entered, so store and share them thoughtfully.
